A Rockford native, Victoria Winterland serves as the Compliance Manager here at Keller Williams Realty Signature.

Victoria has been with Keller Williams since November 2019. She works side-by-side with our Market Center Designated Managing Broker, Ken Redeker where she reviews agent contracts and provides assistance to our many agents by closely proofing their marketing materials. Making sure they are compliant with the most up-to-date state rules set by Illinois REALTORS® and Keller Williams Realty Inc, she has a reputation for keeping us all in line!

Her main focus here at Keller Williams is to create an environment where agents can learn to build wealth so they can turn around and help the next guy. We do this by attracting and empowering high-minded leaders to guide high-minded agents. Victoria is one of those “high-minded leaders”.

Born and raised in the Rockford area. Victoria has 4 kids between the ages of 8-13, who are all involved in different sports. When she does get a free weekend, she enjoys four-wheeling, dirt biking, and camping with her kids. She comes from a very large family, being the oldest of 20+ grandkids. They are all local and get together as much as possible. Family is important!
