To have a business, you must have people who hire you. For real estate agents, finding clients is a habit and a skill called lead generation. For long-term results, the leads that an agent generates should be added to a database that is well tended and used. The goal is for you to understand your lead generation tactics, reach out to your SOI, and begin purposefully building your database so that you have predictable income.
