Official Rules and Regulations for KW Realty Signature Dinner and Music Giveaway

Eligibility: To be eligible for KW Realty Signature Dinner and Music Giveaway, participants must adhere to the following rules:

1. Entry Period:

   • The promotion will end on February 20th, 2024. All entries must be submitted by this date.

2. Value Limitation:

   • The total value of the giveaway prize will not exceed $337.

3. Entry Options:

   • Participants can enter the giveaway by completing KW Realty Signature Facebook form and/or the website form. Each completed form submission equals one entry. Participants can receive up to two entries by filling out both forms.

4. Bonus Entries:

   • Participants can earn additional entries by scheduling an appointment with KW Realty Signature via website. A scheduled appointment will result in an extra two entries, allowing participants to accumulate a total of four entries.

5. Winner Selection:

   • Only one winner will be chosen from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by KW Realty Signature.

6. Winner Notification:

   • The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry process. The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the prize.

7. Gift Distribution:

   • KW Realty Signature will provide the winner with two tickets for Lee Brice Coronado Performing Arts Center and $50 Dinner Gift Card. The tickets will be distributed to the winner within a reasonable timeframe after the promotion concludes.

8. Redemption Deadline:

   • The winner must redeem and use the tickets and gift card. The tickets and gift card are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

9. Disqualification:

   • KW Realty Signature reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the rules or provides false or misleading information.

10. Modification or Termination:

    • KW Realty Signature reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice.
