Continuing her 20+ years in real estate, Brenda Kaare serves as the Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Realty Signature. Even though she is a licensed real estate broker, Brenda has maintained a position in the agent support role. In her career, it is her passion to work with Realtors. She enjoys helping them grow their business and succeed in achieving their goals.  Her primary focus is meeting and setting up action plans for agents in their careers in real estate sales. Her focus is supporting newly licensed agents and assisting experienced agents in her Business Development division.  Brenda supports this endeavor by creating a robust training calendar reflective of today’s real estate needs for all experience levels.

Even more, after working at different real estate franchises, she truly believes no other company compares to Keller Williams Realty. One of Brenda’s favorite classes is Quantum Leap for Young Adults, too.  Additionally, as a mother of five, ages 21 – 28, she has a “little” experience with what young adults are faced with as they move through these years in life. Adulting isn’t easy. To be able to give young adults the tools, as well as resources to support their goals and dreams, has become a personal passion of hers.

Originally from the Northwoods of Wisconsin, Brenda Kaare moved to the Fox Valley area and then to the Madison area where she raised those five kids. And now enjoys her beautiful granddaughter in Rockford, Illinois!
