Tara Arriaga is the Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Signature, where she champions agent growth, business development, and a culture of leadership. With a background in sales and business leadership since 2014, Tara brings a depth of experience and a passion for developing leaders within the real estate industry. She works closely with agents and staff to help them identify their “why,” offering the tools, coaching, and support needed to build successful, purpose-driven careers.

Tara was raised in Roscoe, IL, graduated from Hononegah High School, and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. Today, she and her husband are raising their two sons in Rockton, IL.

She is actively involved with St. Peter’s Catholic Church in South Beloit and supports her husband’s volunteer efforts as a youth baseball coach. With a personal niche in events and design, Tara brings creativity and organization into everything she does—whether planning team functions or creating meaningful experiences for clients and colleagues alike.
